Frozen shoulder
You have immediate pain with any movement of your shoulder. Limited range of motion and stiffness as your range of motion decreases.
Tendinitis
You have pain or sensitivity in the front area of your shoulder and the pain travels down your arm and gets worse with overhead activity. You experience sounds or sensations of snapping in your shoulder joint.
Rotator cuff tear
You are experiencing nearly constant pain, even at night and especially when lying on your shoulder. Weakness or discomfort while lifting or rotating your arm.
